Refund & Return Policy (DV TEES)
Custom Orders
All products are custom-made to order. Due to the nature of custom apparel, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges on custom items.
Defective or Incorrect Items
If an item is defective or there is an error on our part, you must notify us within 3 days of delivery.
We follow standard industry spoilage tolerances:
- If issues fall within spoilage tolerance, affected items will be refunded.
- If issues fall outside spoilage tolerance, affected items will be replaced at our discretion.
Proof Approval
All orders requiring artwork approval must be approved before production.
- Once a proof is approved, the order is final.
- Any requested changes after approval will restart the production process and timeline.
- DV TEES is not responsible for errors (including spelling, design, or placement) once a proof has been approved.
Sizing
Customers are responsible for selecting correct sizes.
We do not offer refunds or exchanges for sizing issues.
Order Quantities (Overruns/Underruns)
Due to the nature of custom production, slight variations in quantity may occur.
- We do not charge for reasonable overruns.
- Shortages, if any, will be handled within standard industry tolerances.
Cancellations
Orders may be canceled prior to production.
Once production has begun or materials have been purchased, orders cannot be canceled or refunded.
Color & Print Variations
Color appearance may vary due to screen settings, materials, and printing processes. Slight variations are not considered defects.
Turnaround Time
Standard turnaround is approximately 10 business days, but all timelines are estimates and not guaranteed.
Shipping
Once an order has been shipped, DV TEES is not responsible for delays, damages, or issues caused by the shipping carrier.
