DV TEES – TERMS OF SERVICE
1. General
By placing an order with DV TEES (“we,” “us,” “our”), you agree to the following Terms of Service. These terms apply to all products and services provided.
All items produced by DV TEES are custom-made to order.
2. Custom Orders – No Returns or Exchanges
Due to the custom nature of our products:
- All sales are final
- No returns, refunds, or exchanges will be accepted for any custom items
- This includes incorrect sizing, color preferences, or design choices approved by the customer
3. Proof Approval
- A digital proof will be provided prior to production
- Customer approval is required before production begins
- Once approved:
- The order is considered final
- DV TEES is not responsible for errors (including spelling, placement, or design issues)
Any changes requested after approval:
- May incur additional charges
- Will restart the production timeline
4. Turnaround Time
- Standard turnaround is approximately 10 business days
- Turnaround times are estimates, not guarantees
- Production timelines begin after proof approval and payment are received
DV TEES is not responsible for delays caused by:
- Customer delays (approvals, artwork, communication)
- Supply chain issues
- Equipment failure
- High order volume
5. Shipping & Delivery
- Once an order is handed off to the shipping carrier, DV TEES is not responsible for delays, damages, or lost packages
- Shipping timelines are determined by the carrier
6. Order Changes & Cancellations
- Orders cannot be canceled once:
- Production has started, or
- Materials have been ordered
Any approved changes after order placement:
- May result in additional costs
- Will delay completion time
7. Sizing Responsibility
- Customers are responsible for selecting correct sizes
- No size exchanges will be accepted
Sizing charts are available upon request.
8. Color Variations
- Colors may vary slightly due to:
- Screen displays
- Ink and material differences
- Production processes
Exact color matching is not guaranteed unless specifically agreed upon in writing.
9. Production Tolerances (Overruns & Underruns)
Due to standard industry practices:
- Orders may be over or under by a small percentage
- Overruns will not be charged
- Underruns will not be refunded within acceptable tolerance
10. Defects & Claims
- Customers must report any issues within 3 days of delivery or pickup
Defects are evaluated based on industry-standard spoilage tolerance:
- Within tolerance → refund for affected items only
- Outside tolerance → replacement or correction at our discretion
DV TEES does not guarantee replacement of an entire order unless defects exceed acceptable limits.
11. Payment Terms
- Full payment is required before production begins, unless otherwise agreed in writing
- Unpaid orders will not be processed
12. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
By placing an order, you agree:
- Not to initiate a chargeback for valid, completed work
- To contact DV TEES first to resolve any issue
Unauthorized chargebacks may result in:
- Collection actions
- Legal fees
- Permanent refusal of future service
13. Abandoned Orders
- Completed orders must be picked up or arranged for delivery within 30 days
- Orders not claimed within this period may be:
- Subject to storage fees
- Donated, resold, or discarded at our discretion
No refunds will be issued for abandoned orders.
14. Intellectual Property
- Customers confirm they have the legal right to use all submitted artwork
- DV TEES is not liable for copyright or trademark infringement
We reserve the right to:
- Refuse any design for any reason
- Cancel orders involving questionable or unlawful content
Unless otherwise agreed in writing:
- DV TEES may use completed work for marketing and promotional purposes
15. Limitation of Liability
DV TEES’ total liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the order.
We are not liable for:
- Indirect or consequential damages
- Lost profits or business interruptions
- Customer-provided errors
16. Right to Refuse Service
DV TEES reserves the right to refuse service to anyone, at any time, for any reason.
17. Agreement
By approving your order and/or submitting payment, you acknowledge and agree to these Terms of Service in full.
